Establishing contact and presenting an offer to participate in our recruitment, based on your consent, i.e., art. 6, section 1, letter a) of the GDPR, including consent for the provision of services electronically;
Conducting the recruitment process, including sharing data with our clients for whom we carry out orders, based on your consent;
Compliance with legal obligations in the field of administrative matters, arising from the Act on Employment Promotion and Labor Market Institutions and the Act on Employment of Temporary Workers, based on art. 6, section 1, letter c) of the GDPR;

To whom can we provide personal data?
Your personal data may be disclosed to our clients (investors), subcontractors based on cooperation agreements concluded with us, including trust agreements, namely IT service providers, entities managing our IT systems, and competent public entities. Providing personal data is not a legal obligation but is a necessary condition to use the services offered through the Website. Personal data may be processed automatically or partially automatically but will not be used for decision-making based solely on their automated processing and will not be profiled

PESEL registration number or, if this number is not assigned, passport number, identity card number, or another document confirming identity;

correspondence address (if different from the address mentioned in point 3);
