Usually, we commence work within 2 to 4 weeks after the signing of the quote or agreement. If the scheduling aligns favorably, we might even start within 2 weeks.

We take care of arranging the documents for our workers ourselves, such as residence permits (copy of identity card), A1 certificates, and the Limosa declaration. The CI@W is arranged in consultation, either by us or by the client.

As an organization, we are supported by various law firms specialized in labor law. Additionally, we participate in various courses and training programs related to our services

Since we operate in the international market, we communicate in Polish, Dutch, and English. This enables us to effectively communicate with our diverse clients and partners. If there are specific language needs or preferences, we are open to discussion and strive to accommodate those needs.

We have several employees in Belgium who operate from Hasselt and can be on site within a few hours.

Depending on the specifications of the work, we use project prices on request or hourly rates. These hourly rates may vary. After initial contact, we can propose a detailed quote with the most advantageous prices.

The price includes: - Handling of social and tax charges. - Arranging the Limosa and, if applicable, the Check-in-@-Work. - Coverage of administration costs. - Payment of employees concerned. - Provision of a vehicle for passenger transport. - Housing close to the depot or yard. - Provision of basic electrical and hand tools. - Provision of professional work clothes. - Provision of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for workplace safety.

We invoice on a weekly basis with a payment term of two weeks.

Safety is our top priority. We strictly adhere to Belgian safety standards and ensure that our employees receive regular training updates.

We aim for satisfied customers and take complaints very seriously. In case of disputes, we first attempt to reach a resolution amicably. If necessary, we are open to mediation or other forms of dispute resolution.

As a standard practice, we work on weekdays. However, based on mutual agreement and depending on project requirements, we may also work on weekends or holidays.

Yes, we are fully insured according to Belgian standards, including liability insurance.
